Who I work with

A Place for You to Be Heard..

Adults 18+

I hold a respectful space for all journeys, including the transitions, pressures, and expectations that people of any gender face—to succeed. Whether you're facing academic pressure, career change, relationship challenges, caregiving responsibilities, grief, or personal growth, I provide a space where your story is heard and respected.

My practice is inclusive of all genders, sexualities, cultural backgrounds, and identities. I welcome people navigating:

  • Life transitions such as parenthood, divorce, menopause, or ageing

  • Experiences of trauma, loss, or chronic health conditions

  • Identity exploration, including gender, sexuality, and cultural belonging

  • The emotional impact of caregiving, loneliness, or bereavement

My approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.

Including childhood trauma, raising a mixed-heritage family, navigating chronic pain, menopause, and bereavement. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how life’s challenges can shape us. I offer a space of warmth, presence, and respect, where your story is heard and your experience is met with compassion.

I honour each person’s unique journey and offer a space for reflection, healing, and growth through meaningful conversation.

“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don’t find myself saying ‘Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner.’ I don’t try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.” - Carl Roger
