Cancellations and Missed Sessions

I understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or rearrange a session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else - whether that’s an existing client who’s asked to be seen sooner, a new client seeking an introductory call, or simply space for essential admin.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are usually charged in full. If there is an emergency or exceptional circumstance, I’m happy to talk it through.
